About / Contact
This web documentary was created by Amsterdam Alternative to highlight collective ownership (non-profit) as a viable and useful model.
It serves as an inspiration document, but also as an archive and a guide. We intentionally chose an expandable system (modular web documentary) so we can continue to add new, interesting developments and initiatives. If you are involved in—or know of—a project or organization that aligns perfectly with the content of this web documentary, please let us know via the email address below.
The focus of this web documentary is on the Netherlands, but we are well aware that there are many wonderful projects and organizations abroad that align thematically and may even be further along in their development than those in the Netherlands. Foreign projects and initiatives will be featured on the inspiration blog page, but ideally, we would like to create a second, international version of this web documentary in the future—one that includes inspiring examples from France, Germany, Spain, Africa, South America, Asia, and other parts of the world.

Call to action
To kickstart and further the cooperative movement and the transition toward a better, fairer society for everyone, your support is crucial. This is a call to everyone to support projects working with collective ownership. There are many ways to help, depending on the organization, but financial support is always welcome.
The Makers
An incredible number of people contributed to this web documentary: writers, photographers, camera operators, sound technicians, text editors, video editors, animators, graphic designers, voice artists, coders, and researchers. Thank you to everyone who helped, and of course, thank you to everyone we had the privilege of interviewing. Without your inspiring stories, this web documentary would not have been possible.
